There is NO set H1B visa filing deadline this year.

Many of our viewers and members have recently been asking if there is a set closing date (commonly called a "deadline") - for filing H1B visas this year.
The answer to this is No. There is NO set deadline this year.
H1B visa applications can continue to be filed until the quota / cap has been completely filled, or for the full FY duration.
20,000 H1B visas are still available for this years quota / cap.
Filing can continue until ALL the remaining H1B visas have been applied for and issued.
* at the current filing volume, this years H1B quota / cap will last for a few more months (which means you still have time to get one).
