This current count reflects a sharp increase of 6,100 new filings.
The additional Advanced-Degree cap of 20,000 for International students that graduate from a US University with a Masters or higher degree has now been filled.
(any additional cases requesting advanced-degree cap numbers will be counted against the regular cap).
We are now witnessing a consistently higher rate of filings each month.
