H1B Visa Quota - Latest H1B Cap Count Update for 2010

Great News: 15,100 H1B visas are still available to live and work in the USA counted towards the 2010 H1B visa quota numbers.
The USCIS has stated that any unused H1B visas from this years quota will continue to be made available in January 2011
USCIS welcomes and continues to accept more H1B visa applications.
There is No Deadline or Cut-Off date to file H1B visa applications for this years quota.
The quota numbers will be made available until such time as all the remaining H1B's have been issued.
As we have seen over the last 4 weeks the H1B filing volume is starting to rise and the available quota numbers are reducing every week. For those that want one of the remaining H1B visas counted for this years quota, it is recommended to start now.
H1B sponsorship job positions are available and H1B's can be filed until ALL the remaining visas are issued.
