H1B employers are still hiring and sponsoring for the remaining 2010 H1B visa quota, which have immediate employment start dates; as soon as the visa is filed and issued.
The USCIS welcomes and continues to accept more H1B visa applications.
There is No Deadline or Cut-Off date to file H1B visa applications for this years 2010 H1B quota.
The H1B cap / quota numbers will be made available until such time as all the remaining H1B visas have been issued.
There are 85,000 H1B visas available for the
2011 H1B quota.
These H1B visas can be filed and issued from April 1st 2011 onwards.
