H1B Visa Quota Availability - Latest Update for 2010 and 2011

There are 11,400 H1B visas currently available for this years 2010 H1B quota.
These H1B visas can still be filed and issued now.
H1B employers are still hiring and sponsoring for the remaining 2010 H1B visa quota, which have immediate employment start dates; as soon as the visa is filed and issued.
The USCIS welcomes and continues to accept more H1B visa applications.
There is No Deadline or Cut-Off date to file H1B visa applications for this years 2010 H1B quota.
The H1B cap / quota numbers will be made available until such time as all the remaining H1B visas have been issued.
There are 85,000 H1B visas available for the 2011 H1B quota.
These H1B visas can be filed and issued from April 1st 2011 onwards.
As happens every year, many of the regular and largest H1B employers are already recruiting and selecting for the 2011 H1B visa quota allocation which can start to be filed from next April onwards
