(List of Companies that are disqualified from sponsoring and filing for H1B visas)

What is an H1B Sponsor “willful violator employer” ?
H1B sponsor companies that are “Willful violators” or “willful violator employers,” are US companies that have violated and broken the laws, rules or regulations that US Government implements to govern and enforce control over the H1B visa program. 

1. The first list of H1B sponsor companies below includes the dates that these employers are disqualified and debarred from sponsoring and filing H1B visas

2. The second list of H1B sponsors includes many of the same employers but also shows some extra companies that are willfull violators and the dates of the determination of the violation by the DOL   


What has a Willful Violator H1B Sponsor done to get Disqualified / Debarred ?
Willful violators and disqualified H1B sponsoring employers are companies that: 

Have had a violation report against the employer which is entered in either of the following two types of law enforcement proceeding:
- A Department of Labor proceeding under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) § 212(n)(2); (8 U.S.C. § 1182(n)(2)(C); or
- A Department of Justice proceeding under INA § 212(n)(5); (8 U.S.C.§ 1182(n)(5).)

The Government finds that the employer has committed either a willful failure or a misrepresentation of a material fact (two of the Labor Condition Application (LCA) attestations; and the Governments finding is entered on or after October 21, 1998.
