Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, California
Required Experience:
A successful proven track record of working with professionals seeking placement, as well as employers looking to recruit the best candidates to fill their open positions, from entry-level graduate jobs to directors and executives.
- building exceptional relationships with both job seekers and employers;
- delivering personalized and customized recruitment options for clients needs;
- evaluating suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview;
- arranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients;
- preparing correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
- informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment;
- negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;
- offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
- reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
